Hi there. I have a couple of issues. Firstly I eat a mostly paleo diet and am a mother of two young children. Every since being pregnant with my 2nd now 8 months I have been getting so hot at night and sweating, it's horrible. I also have tennis elbow which I can't seem to shake and little bumps on my upper arms which I've never had before not to mention the acne on my forehead. My Gp has told me that a blood test I had revealed some immune deficiencies but there has been no further information.I have previously had breast cancer and radiation so am aware I need to watch my immune system. Hi, About 2 years ago I found out i had Glandular fever after being incredibly fatigued at work and having blood tests done. After 2 years i've come to find that whenever I am stressed/do not get enough sleep or simply over exert myself too much, the symptoms of fatigue and headaches come back.
